Commercial Items:
1.1 Payment term:
30% down payment by T/T or 100% irrevocable L/C, the balance 70% payment will be T/T after pass of FAT and before delivery.
1.2 FAT date:
FAT can be done in 180 days after receipt of down payment or L/C
1.3 Delivery period:
Delivery can be arranged in 30 days after pass of FAT
1.4 FAT
BUYER sends its two engineers/technicians to SELLER’s factory to do FAT for one to two weeks. During FAT, SELLER bears cost for International air tickets, accommodation, food, local transportation and translation service.
1.5 Installation and adjustment:
SELLER sends its two engineers/technicians to BUYER’s factory to do installation and adjustment for three to seven days. International air tickets, accommodation, food, local transpiration and translation service during SAT are borne by BUYER.
1.6 SAT
SAT is done after installation and adjustment for one to two weeks. During SAT, BUYER bears the cost for accommodation, food, local transportation and translation service.
1.7 Training during and after SAT:
SELLER’s engineer/technician gives the training during installation, adjustment and SAT. According to the real situation, training can be extended one to two weeks after SAT. During training, BUYER bears the cost for accommodation, food, local transportation and translation service.
1.8 Quality guarantee:
SELLER provides one year warranty after SAT. If some delay caused by Buyer, the quality guarantee period should not exceed 18 months after issuing date of bill of lading.
